Rental Purchase Agreement (RPA)
Protect your cash flow, control your expenses, and manage your budget with a Rental Purchase Agreement from UELC.  Structured like a lease, an RPA offers many of the same benefits, but your company has the option to purchase or return the vehicle at any time during the term of the utility truck rental.

Rental Purchase Guarantee (RPG)
Similar to a Rental Purchase Agreement, an RPG helps meet utility truck rental needs when funds are not yet available to purchase. With an RPG, the customer must sign an agreement prior to getting the vehicle stating they will take the vehicle at the end of a pre-defined period (up to one year), receiving a recapture percentage of the rental income.

Master Rental Agreement
In order to make a bucket truck or digger derrick rental quick and easy, UELC developed a Master Rental Agreement. UELC will work with your company individually to establish terms and conditions. Once accepted by both companies, the Master Rental Agreement becomes a formal document, representing a standing agreement.
